Mrs. MM Tabudi
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Martha Matea Tabudi, were born in the rural area of Dennilton. She started to work at an early age to provide for herself and her family, later she was employed at a financial institution in Menlyn in Pretoria where she excelled and became a division manager. She left them after her personal life was enhanced with the love of her life and accepted a post in Human Resources at a Waste Management company. Her years of experience in the financial and human resource fields respectively greatly attributes to the fact that she has become an integral part of management of NEOTERIC and is striving to achieve better results in the company regarding growth in the monetary division and in developing people’s skills and abilities to provide better for themselves.
Mr. J van Niekerk
Chief Operations Officer (COO)
With more than 8 years’ experience, Jaco joined the telecommunication industry in 2008. He is responsible for procuring and installations of all contracts. Jaco spent the bulk of his career in the telecommunication and ICT fields starting as a Civil Contractor for Telkom to an Operations Manager for all current projects. Jaco also provides assistance on the Tenders as well as to design local area networks as per the client’s requirements.

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Owning and managing another company for more than 21 years, Juan joined Neoteric to enhance his business portfolio and to be an asset to the company for a better future for all involved by using his business experience and knowledge. He has a degree in Social Sciences (BA Soc Sc. UP) which are utilized in managing employees of the company and assist in the structure of the business as well as the management of the company in the wider business realm of the country.
